The restaurant’s name should immediately evoke thoughts of the famous Tuscan classic, bistecca alla Fiorentina – a char-grilled Porterhouse steak that is tender, flavorful and finely textured that it melts in your mouth. Our prime beef is cut in artisan-butcher style to produce bone-in, inch thick steaks. Prepared in classic Florentine style over high temperatures, creating the signature charred-crust that ensures a full-flavored steak that strikes the ideal balance of taste, texture and tenderness. Keeping in typical Italian style, simplicity rules the day! The bistecca alla Fiorentina is finished with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, fresh rosemary, garlic and lemon, served to share on a rustic wooden board in the traditional manner.
